Spring coaching programme

Following the Christmas and New Year break, our coaching program is now in full swing again.

We offer adult coaching on Fridays from 13.15 to 14.45 followed by coffee in the clubhouse.

Our junior coaching takes place on Saturday mornings: please see the Coaching page for more details.

There is a Ladies coaching session on Monday mornings as well.

Tennis and Social Activities

About Us

ELTC is an LTA associated tennis club perfectly situated within the picturesque backdrop of Esher Surrey, less than half a mile from Esher High Street and Sandown Park Racecourse.

We welcome new members to join the use of 5 grass courts and 5 hard courts.

We offer a variety of cempetative and social tennis. ELTC has teams in the Surrey and Woking Leagues, plus club ladders and competitions, which are run throughout the year.

Social tennis is also well provided for, with popular mix-in tennis all year on Saturdays and Sundays as well as Tuesday evening in the summer.

The club provides access to a team of LTA qualified coaches and offers a strong junior programme for all ages and abilities.

Courts

The club enjoys 10 professionally maintained tennis courts - 5 hard courts and 5 grass courts.

Facilities

We have a comfortable club house, in which we have a fully-stocked bar and a kitchen for our catering needs. We also have BBQ facilities, which are well used in the summer months.

The bar in the clubhouse is open on Social evenings and at weekends. Light teas and coffee are generally served at weekends during and after 'Mix-In' club play.

Off road parking is available next to our courts and the club is easily reached by car or public transport.

Our coaching team, managed by Marc Codling (contact via phone on 07881 802078 or email ), offers a wide range of coaching options for players of all ages and abilities.

Our junior programme runs all year and includes coaching courses and ever popular summer camps.

Weekly 'coach and play' sessions on Thursday evenings in the summer are a popular way for club members to improve and iron out some of the 'less orthodox' features of our game!!

Social

Social Tennis throughout the year is at the heart of our club. A variety of social events for members of all ages are held throughout the year. This includes the Club dinner, regular BBQs in the summer, Quix nights and other events. Visit the Events page for more details.

We offer afternoon tea during our mix-in sessions on Saturdays and Sundays and our licensed bar is open for any tennis and social evenings and at weekends.

Guests

Guests of playing members are welcome. The same guest may play up to 3 times in any one year before they need to become a member.
